1- Can I open the package and try on the item before paying?
NO IMMEDIATE TRY ON.
- If you want to open the package and try it on before paying, please note there is no immediate try-on.
- Packages can’t be opened or tried-on with couriers on SALE items.

2- How do I return or exchange an item?

- Return & Refund Policy
  • If you received the item & would like to return or exchange it for any reason, you can send us a message on our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/yeilda.eg/ or through our email at info@yeilda.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • If you receive the item & decide to return or exchange it within 3 days, you will be charged return/exchange shipping fees based on your city and the rest of the money will be refunded to you.
  • Return and Exchange take the same delivery time of 2-7 working days as the normal order
  • If something is wrong with the item received, we will exchange the item without any extra fees.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.
  • Exchange is done with the same amount or more.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


3- What types of Payment do you accept?

- All Standard Payments.
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cash On Delivery payment is only available within Egypt.

4- What are your shipping options?

- Orders will ship all over Egypt within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

5- What if the item I ordered arrives damaged?

-We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a defect in the item, please contact us within the first 3 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. info@yeilda.com

6- Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

- You can We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
