Return & Exchange Policy

  • Only one post-purchase action per order (refund or exchange).
  • Check and try items upon receipt while the courier is present.
  • If you decide not to keep the item, return it to the courier (only shipping fees apply).
  • Wrong or damaged items can be returned immediately to the courier at no cost.
  • Exchanges or returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition with the Yeilda tag and packaging.

  • Note: Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
