Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy
  • If you received the item & would like to return or exchange it for any reason, you can send us a message on our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/yeilda.eg/ or through our email at info@yeilda.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • If you receive the item & decide to return or exchange it within 3 days, you will be charged return/exchange shipping fees based on your city and the rest of the money will be refunded to you.
  • If something is wrong with the item received, we will exchange the item without any extra fees.
  • The returned product should be in our original Yeilda branded bag with the receipt intact.
  • The product should be in its new original state.
  • Items on SALE can’t be returned in cash, We can only refund it to your YEILDA wallet.
  • Yeilda.com has the right to decline a return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.
  • Return and Exchange take the same delivery time of 2-7 working days as the normal order
Return/Exchange procedure:
    • To start the return/exchange procedure, you can send a mail to Info@yeilda.com or send a dm to us on Instagram.
    • A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
    • In the case of refund, once we receive the dress in our warehouse and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will issue a full refund excluding all delivery charges.
    • The refund procedure needs 7 to 10 working days to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation mail.
    • Our working hours are 10 Am to 6 Pm from Sunday to Thursday.

SALE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Packages can’t be opened or tried-on with couriers on sale items. NO IMMEDIATE TRY ON
  • Items on SALE can’t be returned in cash, We can only refund it to your YEILDA wallet.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

  • Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.
  • Exchange is done with the same amount or more.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
