Return & Exchange Policy
- Only one post-purchase action per order (refund or exchange).
- Check and try items upon receipt while the courier is present.
- If you decide not to keep the item, return it to the courier (only shipping fees apply).
- Wrong or damaged items can be returned immediately to the courier at no cost.
- Exchanges or returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition with the Yeilda tag and packaging.
- Contact us via Instagram DM or email at info@yeilda.com for returns or exchanges.
- Note: Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
- No partial deliveries allowed.
