• Please check items on delivery with the courier.
• Not keeping it? Hand it back to the courier (shipping fees apply).
• Wrong/damaged items: return immediately at no cost.
• Request exchange/return within 3 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, with Yeilda tag & packaging.

• One action per order (refund or exchange).

- المنتجات الخاطئة أو التالفة يمكن إرجاعها فوراً للمندوب مجاناً.
- طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ٣ أيام من الاستلام.
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية مع بطاقة Yeilda والتغليف.

- إجراء واحد فقط لكل طلب (استرجاع أو استبدال).
